Exploring the Caribbean by cruise ships

Imagine loading up on to a cruise ship that is 10 or even 15 stories tall, reaching three football fields long, weighing at 225,282 tons, and holding 5,400 passengers. This has more amenities then most small cities have in them. Once you get over the fact of how large this ship is we get in to the cruising part, most of the cruising is done at night and into the early morning. The ships try to stop and send the day time at a place to where you can get off and stretch your legs and look around the beautiful sites that the Caribbean has to offer. Some of these cruise ships even stay overnight in a certain area for a night, or to so you can even experience the night life and just live and Island life style of the Caribbean

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS

The U.S. Virgin Islands are located in the eastern Caribbean, just 1,100 miles southeast of Miami. Surrounded by the clear blue waters of the Caribbean, our average temperature ranges from 77 to 86 in the winter and 83 to 86 in the summer.
The U.S. Virgin Islands consist of the main islands of Saint Croix, Saint John, and Saint Thomas, along with the much smaller but historically distinct Water Island, and many other surrounding minor islands. The total land area of the territory is 133.73 square miles
Trunk Bay (ST John’s) as seen above is a great place to snorkel as it has an underwater snorkeling trail. This trail informs you of the coral and the fish in this area and is just a fun way to learn about the area, and all of its marine life. Here is the some of the trail signs below.

I hope that you have the time to visit this great and unforgettable snorkeling trail, on one of the most beautiful islands that the US has to offer.
